Good afternoon, I'm Umberto and I'm a systems engineer. I have a problem on a Samsung SCX 4623F connected via USB to a PC with Windows 10 Pro Build 1909 and I cannot in any way operate the scanner. I downloaded all the drivers and software on the Drivers and Software site and I also tried the USB fix for W10 but nothing.
On the hardware management the device is present and without errors, running the printer diagnostic all drivers and software appear updated and fully functional but on the EPM there is no printer and no scanner. Even if I try to manage the scanner in the control panel, it recognizes me as the scanner but if I start a scan, an error appears which cannot connect to the device. I also tried to download the Easy Document Creator software (which I don't understand why it is no longer present in the downloads site, if it is usually required ...) but nothing.
Can anyone help me to solve? Thank you all.
