HP Recommended
Product: Samsung C480fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get a not compatible toner message although i have purchase samsung original toners...

I have cleaned the pins in the lock and unplugged it etc with no success.

We bought the printer online only one year ago when we livet in Bangkok, now we are home in Sweden and ordered our second refill toners, I have only tried to replace the black so far which does not work acc to above.
