Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new Dell desktop computer and am connecting to my HP color laser Jet pro MFP M477fpw. I ran the print and scan doctor App and it continues to say HP Twain Scan error.  How do I fix this as the AI Chat function has been absolutely useless.
