Product: Pagewide 5570DW

Apologies if I dont explain this very well but I am not very technical and am lost with regards to a solutions to our problem below':

 

We recently had 5 5570DW machines installed onto our network.   We set up Scan to Email and in so doing set up the email addresses and passwords for each user onto each machine via the browser.   The problem we have is that our company IT policy forces a change of password every 2 months and when this happens then the ability to scan to email stops and we have to manually go in and change everyones password again.   We are using office 365 mail and our IT department are at a loss as to how to replicate changes in our Active Directory with the passwords set up within the printers.

 

I would be grateful if you had any advice if it can possibly be done.
