Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Scan function was working until today, when I got this message: "The HP Scan application is currently in use with another task or another user on this computer. Please wait until the other task is completed and try again." There is no other task or user. I have tried rebooting the computer and the printer/scanner. I have downloaded a new driver. The status of the printer shows no jobs in the queue. Print function works fine, but trying to use the scan function just delivers the same "in use" message. Help, please!
