Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I used to be able to scan with my Officejet 7310. I have Windows 10, 64-bit, V-20H@. It used to work, but I get Windows upgrades. HP Solution Ctr. says now it is not fully installed, which is not true. When I try to reinstall, I get an error that Bing Bar, an obsolete piece of software, is not supported. How do I get a version of HP Solution Center that gets around this? Or, can I use some other way to scan? Print works fine. I tried Windows Scan and Fax, but cannot find how to add this older printer. Thanks.
