Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm trying to set up scanning from the M428fdw to a network folder shared on my Synology NAS.
The NAS is not the member of a Windows Domain or Workgroup, but the share has a valid local account and password that my other scanners can access.
The M428fdw Address Book requires a valid Windows Domain for all network share entries. I cannot leave the Windows Domain field blank, which means I cannot add the share. Any suggestions for how to work around this limitation would be helpful.
