Product: Laser Jet Pro 400 color MFP M475dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Scan to computer was working well with a cable connection direct to printer/scanner. Suddenly, when I try to scan I get the following messages.
First: "HP Twain: The HP LJ M1530 MFP Series Scan was not found".
When I press OK, I then get a second message: "Nitro PDF Professional: Unable ot Scan. Unable to Open TWAIN Device: 'HPLJ M1530 Scan TWAIN' (check power and connections.) (TWCC_BUMMER)"
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
