Product: M426fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased and installed my new M426fdw Laser Printer.  Scan to computer on the printer is not recognizing my computer and as well, if I try to use the "HP scan" software on the computer, I get the following error message: "The HP lj M426f427f scan was not found".

 

How can I fix this?
