I have setup scan to email on my HP Envy 5640 printer. It is work perfectly when scanning to my Hotmail and other addresses. the email is received from eprintcenter@hp8.us. I have send scans to 3 different addresses in the same company domain, but one specific address is not receiving anything. The Exchange server has been checked by several technicians, but didn't find anything wrong there.

 

I know this is also a problem from another HP printer to the exact same address.

 

I have tried to use the HP Smart app as well, but result is the same.

 

Any suggestions to a solution?
