Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Last week the scan to network folder stopped working.  We run SBS 2011.  The printer states that it fails to connect to folder.  Entering in a new folder address in the printer utility just states "unable to find location" or something like that.  Printing works fine.  Everything works fine. Read the forums, and SBS 2011 does not have the SMBv1settings - since it is a server.

I have verified that we are now on the new 20180201 firmware - but don't know when the printer updated itself.

Similar problem to this:

If I run the "print and scan doctor" software from HP - the first time it failed the "windows WIA scan and could not do anything.  The second time, it passed and opened up a windows diaolouge pop-up and asked where I wanted to save the scan (this seemed to bypass the printer's function of finding a network folder, because the same generic "file-save as" function from windows was used to point to the folder for the scan.

We spend about $800 a year on ink direct from HP.  I expect some level of support!
