Product: HP Scanjet 4670 Scanner series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Before update Windows 10 PRO to v.1607 my Scanjet 4670 worked properly with Vista 64-bit driver. Unfortunately, after upgrading, the scanner has stopped working.

Now scanner is recognized in the device manager as "hp scanjet 4600 series" (with the note "Device USB \ ... requires further installation"), but when trying to scan it reports "Error USB connecting".

 

Does anyone know what it means "requires further installation"?

Has anyone found a solution?
