Product: Scanjet 8270
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

 

I have problem scanning documents with my scanjet 8270 - the grey shade keeps appearing on the background instead of plain white. I  have tried resetting the settings and it still does not work.

 

Any ideas please.
