Scanjet N6310
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i installed an HP Scanjet N6310 to a single workstation via USB using the software from the HP website.  It completed and I was able to do a test scan.

The user who works on the computer then logged in and tried to use the scanner.  It brings up a popup box stating

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable".  The source box below the error shows my user profile folder and is looking for the Scan.msi file which gets deleted after the install.

How do I rectify this issue so the user can use the software under his user profile?

thank you.
