Using the Scan Doctor allowed me to scan one page.  However, when I tried to scan again I got the same message.  Let me back up and tell total details.  Printer and scanner working perfect.  Over a period of time colors began to be messed up.  Then it quit color, then it change to pale blue, then it would print different from different applications.  By the way the scanner continued to work fine but copies were as bad as the prints mentioned above.  I tried Print and Scan Doctor with no help.  I then uninstalled and reinstalled software and printer and copier worked just fine but could not scan.  I have tried removing drivers but no luck on two of them.  One removed ok.  I am tried to install the new drivers in your instructions but that failed as well.  midway through it pop up the message imaging device not found.  If does make copies just fine and I seem to be able to make one scan while running scan dotor.  Weird!
