Good Morning HP support community,

 

I have an issue with my Samsung printer since I have updated my MacBook Pro OS to Mojave (10.14).

 

When I scan a document using the scanner utility tool of MacOS (System Preferences->Printers&Scanners->Scan->Open Scanner, the printer does scan but at the end, I always get an error message "Scanner reported an error - An error occurred during scanning" or no file would get saved.

 

It use to work perfectly before the update to Mojave.

 

I have looked for an updated version of the printer driver but the latest I could find was for 10.13. I could not find any driver for the 10.14 (Mojave).

 

Note that the scan preview does work and I see the picture. It just that it does not get saved on my mac once the scanning is completed.
