HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an old Scanjet 5400c . The feature that I used most is the HP PrescisionScan Pro 3.0 software to scan line art to scaleable black/white vector art... basically to recreate old black/white analog art to vector art I can manipulate.  I know this hasn't been available in awhile but is there any scanner that can do the same to use on Window 10 (64bit)
