HP Recommended

Press the scan button on printer, says "software required" visit Blah Blah Blah. Well done all that still having this issue. The only way I can scan anything is via the HP smart app which is slow at best. Would just be better to throw the thing out and get a Brother as never had an issue with that. Well until I didn't use it for ages and the ink dried in it.

 

Even trying to get any help is a right job
