HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4175 All-in-One Printer

When scanning thru glass on HP Smart app, it takes soooooooo long. When i open it, the scanner something is stuck on the middle (see attached photo). My laptop and HP Deskjet is connected thru wireless network and not the cable that comes with it.
