Product: HP Photosmart 6520 All-in-one
Operating System: Chrome OS

This problem has been addressed and answered by Kyle back in 2013.  He has to send the solution via an email but I haven't been able to figure out how to respond to his posts to request the solution.  Is that because this thread is archived?
