HP Recommended
Product: LaserJet M506dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After setting a different SNMP Community Name and disabling the default "Public" community name,  sending print jobs to the printer is siginficantly delayed. 

 

Even after setting the proper Community String on the printer port does not restore printing speed.

 

However, changing the driver to HP Universal Printer Driver does restore print speed. 

 

Is there a proper way to configure the SNMP community string and the driver so that printing speed is not affected while using the proper printer driver?
