Hi, I recently replaced both colour and black ink cartridges in my HP Photosmart C4680 printer-scanner. Since then I keep getting shadow printing (sometimes grey, sometimes blue) underneath black text and images come out slightly blurry as the black doesn't properly align with the coloured ink. This happens on Word documents and test pages, and it only seems to be the black ink cartridge that's doing it. I've tried hard resetting, reinstalling drivers/software but nothing helps.

I printed another alignment page and on closer inspection the black lines look misaligned with the blue so I'm wondering if it's the cartridge that's at fault? Thanks in advance. 

EDIT: Replacing the cartridge didn't make any difference. Any advice would be really appreciated as I'm out of ideas. I've also attached a copy of the print diagnostic quality report. Print diagnostic quality report.Print diagnostic quality report.
