Dear Customer,

 

For deskjet/deskjet plus printers, if you encounter printer hangs, no responses, blinking lights or printer offline,  

Please follow below steps to recover from the issues.

 

1. Unplug the power cord from the printer

2. Wait for 30 seconds - it helps the printer to reset/clear the memory

3. Plug in the power and  power on the Printer.
