Product: Hp envy photo printers

Dear Customers,

 

If you encounter printer issues where printer control panel show printer error or blue screen,   We strongly recommend to get the latest firmware from the hp support site.

 

Here is the detailed info:

 

Printers -  HP Envy Photo 78XX series, HP Envy Photo 71XX series and HP Envy Photo 62XX series

 

 Issue : Printer errors on control Panel

Here is the steps to update the firmware

 

1. Restart the Printer to clear the error message

2. Make sure  HP Printer software is installed on your PC and  printer is connected to you PC

3. Download the latest Firmware (FDU tool) from the hp support website

 

 

5. Run the exe file to update the firmware to the Printer
