Product: Deskjet 4152
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a Deskjet 4152 all-in-one printer. I cannot connect to my wireless router to no avail!  I have Spectrum service and have full access to the admin pages, but I don't have the option to enter a PIN as it references in the manual.  WPS was turned off, and I enabled it, but it does not want to connect as per instructions in the manual.

 

Anyone else have success connecting their wireless printer to a Spectrum Router?

 

The printer itself works great!  I can print from my phone (WIFI DIRECT), using the app and I can print from my laptop if I disconnect from WIFI and connect directly to the printer.

 

I appreciate any information you can provide!
