We recently have noticed spots of magenta showing up in our prints on our PVC Banner where there weren't any there before. They are small but seem to be affecting our color.
We have cleaned the printheads with a fresh maintenance cartridge and nothing changed. We did the automatic alignment and saw that some of them were still skewed afterward.
So then we tried a manual alignment with the values of
A = 10
B = 10
C = 10
D = 10
E = 8
F = 9
G = 10
H = 10
I = 9
J = 10
K = 10
L = 10
M = 16
N = 14
O = 14
P = 12
Q = 10
R = 8
And that made some straighten out but others go crooked. And the spots are still there!
What are we doing wrong? How do we fix the skew and the spots?
