Hello,
I have a paper feed problem.
When I start printing, a photo paper gets inside the printer but it stops just in front of the cartridge.
It looks like a kind of transparent film behind the rollers blocks the paper.
I guess the film should guide the paper to goes under the cartridge, but it has been folded or in the wrong position.
It happened when I installed a new cartridge and papers after printing a 10-sheet of bundled paper without any problem.
It will be helpful for me to get a picture of the inside of a printer so that I can find the correct position of the film.
