Product: Designjet T3500

I am a service technician on these machines.  I am noticing a trend on the starwheel motor that looks like the second gear from the left seems to slip off.  I can order a new assembly and attach the gear and it seems to fix the it.  I was just wondering if this is a common issue on these machines or if there is something else causing the issue.  I have fixed 2 of these models in the past 3 months with this fix.
