Product: Hp Laserjet P3015dn
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra
Recently I have had problems with the paper sticking with excessive static electricity. The A4 sheets are cut into tickets and then taken to a letterpress printer to be numbered and perforated. The tickets are lifted from the stack by suction and fed into the letterpress machine.
Because of the static elec the press is constantly stopping, unable to pick the tickets up from the pile. Unprinted stock feeds perfectly, so I know it's the Laserjet causing the sheets to stick.
Would it help, for example, to reduce the print quality from its usual 600 to 300?
Any ideas, please!
