Product: Hp t120

I am wanting to use my designjet t120 for printing designs to make t-shirts for my school.  Can someone tell me if this printer is capable of being converted over to use sublimation ink?  I notice there are people out there that sell sublimation ink for this printer.  I am just wondering if there is anything else that needs to be done like changing the print head or something else.
