Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an old 2550L printer that just stopped working. I only use it for black and white ebay mailing labels on normal paper (not sticky labels), so I don't really need color. The last print I did, the paper jammed inside the printer - not crinkled, just didn't make it all the way through. I had to pull it out of the back compartment - it was still being held pretty tightly in place. Perhaps  pulling it out caused damage? Prior to that I had been seeing some light gray vertical bands maybe a half inch wide or so, but the labels were still acceptable. After the jam, I turned it off. Maybe a week later, I turned it back on and the three colored toner lights were ON in the control panel, which I think means low or empty. The black toner light is not on. The windows print manager (queue) just says "error" - no specifics. Test pages still print in color, but with some bands. One of the test prints had some printing on the back (pictured) - looks like backwards words.  I also noticed that my computer (windows 7) says "ready" under devices and printers, even when it's disconnected. I haven't changed any computer settings since the problem began. On my last attempt, I loaded a stack of paper into the input tray and hit the GO button to print a test page, the printer printed a test page and then grabbed the next page and sucked it in half way before stopping. That's all I can think of right now. Any ideas? Thanks.
