Product: Color Laserjet M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day, the printer is only 1 year old. I use to buy hp ink, but its to expensive and runs out quick for the type of job I do. So I got excellent deal on ink that has better quality and lasts longer. Had an update on my laptop when the printer was connected by USB and the next thing I see was suppy problem.  Even though the cartridge was full , I opened new packaging and it still saying the same thing. I am not buying expensive hp ink! Please I need my printer! In my country I spend close to $500 to get this printer and I will be highly upset that I have to throw this good printer out because the only way to fix is to buy expensive ink. Its not in my budget!
