HP Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print 11"x17" from Excel.  The Page Setup in Excel is all good, Tabloid...

When I send the job to the T120 Printer I get an error message:

on the screen of my PC: "Paper Size Mismatch"

on the screen of my Printer: "JobName.xlxs requires to be printed on 17.72 in. but the printer is currenlty using 10.588 in..  Please choose amoung these options:  "Change Paper", "Print Anyway", "Cancel Job"

I have 11"x17" paper loaded in the Multi-Sheet Tray.

I have the extended the input and output trays both to "A3" (Not sure if there are sensors in the trays that relays to printer the paper size that is loaded?)

Does the printer incorrectly think I have A4 paper loaded instead of A3?  If so, is there a sensor that is incorrectly telling the printer that A4 paper is loaded?

What am I missing?
