DesignJet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my T120 for 2 years now. It is for my personal use - printing both A1 roll charts and mainly A4 via the multi-tray. Worked perfectly, never any issues. It is connected to my desktop via USB because of a weak Wi-fi signal. Works perfectly.

It will no longer print A1 roll charts (using the original settings in the program I have always used - program is fine, no changes there) correctly - just a very small tight image on the roll. In A4 landscape format from a Word doc it partially prints it in portrait format. I have made numerous adjustments on the 'Preferences' in the Paper/Quality and Layout/Output menus.

What I recently did was to print out a colour photo - changed the 'Paper' to 'HP Universal Gloss Photo paper' and the photo was JPEG format. Maybe that has changed something?

Thoughts please?

David
