Designjet T1500

 

Ok, I think I might be, as the expression goes, "beating a Dead horse" but.......

 

I have a T1500 client who's printer does not wake from sleep mode. We have confirmed the latest Firmware.

We have done Factory Resets, replaced network cables, etc. 

When in sleep mode, you cannot ping the printer, the EWS is not accessible. To me this means the connection is lost.

 

So, is my last option to replace the Formatter board or will replacing the Jester board (network card) do the trick.

Or do I need to replace both.
