Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have received both the 79:03 and 79:04 error while the plotter fails to initialize. I have gone through the process of upgrading the firmware and replaced all ink with non expired ink. I have a new printhead that I would like to install but I do not get the touch screen menu to allow me to go into settings to choose "Change PrintHead ??" option. I always get one or the other error messages after restarting. The printhead is in a spot on the left hand side that I cannot access and I tried to move it but am afraid I may damage something if I force it to the center. How can I manually move the printhead into a position so that I can replace it?
