We have the T2300 with the scanner unit on top. We have a network folder share set up and have been sending pdf scans there for years. Quite out of the blue, a number of months ago, that failed. Nothing has changed with the shared folder. We have verified folder share is good. I keep getting an error message referencing folder cant be accessed correctly. Our IT people cannot figure it out. Individuals can access the shared folder by mapping a drive to it in Windows Explorer. The NT Service account used in the T2300 Admin site has full access rights on the folder share and has had it for years, but suddenly no longer works. NT svc account is not disabled, works fine otherwise, so I am at a loss to explain. Anyone have any ideas? I am starting to suspect the NIC interface for the scanner unit.
