Product: T2500

Hello,

 

We have an HP T2500.

we have size D on roller 1 and size E on roller 2.

when we print E size it automatically catches roller 2 and everything is fine. But when we want to print a D size paper it starts to rotate and then uses roller 2 to print a D size. And then we need to cut the rest.

I cannot figure it out why it is doing it. 

Is there anywhere I need to check?
