Product: T3500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

Our T3500 has recently developed and error and through self-diagnosis it has returned the error code of %1. 

Turning off and on and all self tests conducted record this error. I have searched google, which has turned zero reults for this error code.

Please advise on a possible cause and solution.

 

Any help is much appreciated.
