Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. 
I am getting the “One or more cartridges appear damaged” message. It is listing all 4 cartridges as the problem. 
I have tried the following steps:

Replaced all the cartridges with new ones.

Performed a hard reset

Cleaned all contacts.

Removed print head and cleaned.

Performed a hard reset.

Replaced print head with known working one. 
Performed an additional hard reset. 


None of these steps have worked. 

Any suggestions? It is happening on 2 out of our 3 T520 plotters.
