Product: T920 Plotter

Hello, I have a T920 Plotter showing error message 21.2:13 Restart the printer. I have cleaned the encoder strip. When it is booting and calibrating it is dropping the cutter and givin this error as if there is someting in the paper path. I have check multiple times and manually fed the paper through with no issues. It also is producing a sucking noise. I feel this is due to the Carriage not get in the correct position to fill the print head. Please advise Thank You.
