OfficeJet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have worked with Microsoft Technical Support for at least 4 hours and still cannot fix the issue. 

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, downloaded the latest print driver and restart Print Spooler.. 

We downloaded :

1) OJ7740_Full_WebPack_40.12.1161_1.exe

2) OJ7740_Basicx64_40.12.1161.exe

3) HPPSdr.exe

 

We used HP Print and Scan doctor and HP Smart app and still saw the Error:

The print job showed up in print queue with status Error-Printing.

 

Please advise.
