HP Recommended
Product: Envy 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is a hp envy and it keeps saying that the main tray is open when it is closed. I’ve tried resetting it and everything but I have no idea what to do and I need to print something urgently. Please help
