How do you reset the network settings while it is telling you (this printer is locked by the person who set the printer up) so after updating the router the printer is not connecting grr, and will not let you re install it !

well I never locked it and I think this is a major software fault with the  6970 im thinking of just getting a new printer as this one seems impossible to fix and would steer clear of HP printers that have this inherrant fault.
