HP Color Laserjet CP1525NW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the thunder boom over the house the HP Color Laserjet CP1525NW would not power up at all.  It had been protected by an APC, but apparently the APC didn't do its job.  It was running wirelessly, so the only cable that was plugged in was the power cable.

Using the CP1520 service manual I removed the sides and back panel as well as the cover over the RM1-7082 Fuser Power Supply - 110V.  The manual indicated two fuses on the board, but I was only able to find one.  I checked it and it appeared good.

I checked the two power connectors on the RM1-7082, J202 and J222. J222 has two leads (black, black) with 120V AC lines, and J222 has two leads (white, black) but was just displaying in the mv range.  I didn't see any burnt areas on the boards. I would replace this RM1-7082 board, if I knew that it had an issue, since I recently replaced my 4 toner cartridges.  Can anyone offer help on the output for J202?  Anything else I could test?  Is there a second fuse that I'm missing?

Thank you for your time!
