I just bought a new computer with Windows 10 (64-bit). I downloaded all of the drivers and my Laserjet 3050 prints. However I am trying to scan using Windows Scan and I get the error "Something went wrong. Please try again". The scan driver notes that it is communicating via USB but I am at a lose on how to scan a document. I even downloaded the HP diagnositice tool and it notes that the scanner is not connected.
