JETDESK 3764

I have an HP DeskJet 3764 printer from the 3700 All-in-One Printer Series, and it usually works fine, but sometimes my computer and phone will say that printer is offline and unavailable even though the printer itself is on. When I print its information page, it shows that it has a strong connection to the internet, and it's connected to the same WiFi network as my computer. When I went on the HP Smart app on my computer (Windows 10), I printed a test page and it printed fine. But when I try to print anything else from my computer I am told that driver is unavailable. I checked it's connected to the same network as my computer, removing it and reinstalling it on my computer, clearing the printing queue, making sure it's set as the default printer and that "Print offline" is not checked, and I restarted the spooler service as well as my laptop and my internet modem. I'm not sure what's going on. My printer is powered on and connected, but it's acting like it's not. please help!
