I am still attempting to get the printer to work correctly after upgrade to WIN to. I have downloaded and installed and reinstalled the complete driver. The printer no longer sees the additional tray I have and will not print from anything from Tray 2 either. Originally this printer worked perfectly, until Win10. I used it for documents and Tray 3 specifically for Quicken check printing. Since I purchased it multiple years ago, it was connected to my home network. I tried removing it from the network and connecting it to a USB port on the two different computers. The drivers installed, but still no ability to print from either computer. As a 20 year IT network engineer, I have connected some pretty cool and complicated LAN and Data Center devices, but nothing has been as difficult as this printer, on Win10. This is ridiculous.
