HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi
I know it's been asked a lot but I can't figure this out yet.

I got a new laptop from work:
model name: HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

I tried to print from 2 different printers:

work printer - HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdn
home printer - HP Smart tank 610

both printers are recognized by my PC  but when I try to print a test page I get an error:
"Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000bbb)"

since it's a work printer I can't uninstall it or something like that + other employees are using it without a problem.

I'm guessing this is a windows problem .
note that uninstalling windows is also a problem since this is a work laptop with many app and configurations.

I tried to disable and enable the printer spool - didn't work
also tried to remove and add the printer again - didn't work

I ran a windows update today (3.10.21) - didn't work

please assist
