HP Recommended
Product: Color Laserjet Flow E87660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I am able to type the printer's IP into a browser to get to the web interface fine.

 

When I go to sign in, I get a HTTP 400 Bad Request error and cannot sign in as administrator.

 

The device is online and all other aspects of the web interface are working fine. Need advice on getting past the bad request error so I can sign in as admin for needed updates.
